Questions
Which price do I pay?
It depends on where your card is billed, not where you are. Cards billed in Antigua & Barbuda, Montserrat, Saint Lucia, Guyana, Trinidad & Tobago, Jamaica or St Maarten pay Caribbean prices. Cards billed anywhere else pay the prices for outside the Caribbean.
How long do I have to watch?
A pay-per-view purchase gives you 48 hours from the moment you first press play, so you can buy ahead and start when you are ready.
Which devices can I watch on, and how many at once?
Watch in your web browser at ticketpulse.tv, or in the TicketPulse app on iPhone and Android. Passes and plans are bought on the web. Each purchase plays on 2 screens at once.
How do I pay?
Every purchase is paid on the secure TicketPulse payment page. PulseTV never asks for your card details itself.
What can I watch for free?
Highlights, trailers, free segments and selected live events, with no plan and no card.
How do I cancel a plan?
From your subscription page. You can stop it at the end of the period you have paid for, or straight away.
Can I get a refund?
To be confirmed by TicketPulse: the refund policy for passes, plans and pay-per-view.
